You ask a question, Minnie reads the cards, and the reading reaches you — recorded to your inbox, or live on a video call. A few things worth putting in writing.
A Recorded Reading is roughly 15 minutes: Minnie lays the cards for your question, records her reading of them, and a link is emailed to you to keep and replay.
A Live Online Video reading is one hour, booked at a time you arrange: the cards are laid before you over a private video call, and there's room to sit with what comes up and ask more.
Both readings focus on one of four areas — Love, Work, Life or General — that you choose when you book.
Payment is taken securely by Stripe. We don't see or store your card details.
Recorded readings are delivered to the email you give at checkout, once payment clears. Minnie records each one personally, so allow a little time for her to prepare it.
Live readings are confirmed by email — you'll agree the slot together. If you need to rearrange, write to us as soon as you can and we'll find another time.
Under UK and EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. For a live reading, if you cancel with reasonable notice before the call, we'll refund you in full — you've lost nothing, and the hour can be offered to someone else.
For a recorded reading, the work is personal to you and begins the moment you order. Because it's made for you and delivered as it's made, the right to cancel ends once the recording is sent. In plain terms: it's a bespoke thing, so we can't take it back. But if something is genuinely wrong — the wrong question, a broken link, an error on our side — email us and we'll fix it or refund you. We'd rather you left happy.
Readings are offered for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not a substitute for professional advice — medical, legal, financial or otherwise. The decisions you make remain yours, as they always have been.
We're a small, one-person service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from a reading is limited to what you paid for it, and we're not liable for decisions you make after it.
